Return Policy
At Level Thirtyfour, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have established a clear refund policy to ensure that you know how to request a refund.
Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a receipt or other proof of purchase. This proof helps us verify your purchase and ensure that the refund process runs smoothly. Please note that the operational shipping costs incurred to send the product to you, as well as any return shipping costs, are non-refundable.
Refund Process
To initiate the refund process, please contact us by email at support@lvl34.com. After submitting your request, we will review the details of your application. If your application complies with our policy, we will email you further instructions on how to return the product.
Please note that we do not accept returns without a return request submitted to us first. Therefore, do not return your items without prior approval.

Damage and Problems
We ask that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and do our best to provide a suitable solution.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Items purchased on sale.
- Gift cards.
These items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend that you first initiate the refund process. Once your refund has been approved, you can place a new, separate order for the desired item. This is the fastest way to ensure that you receive the correct product.
14-day cooling-off period within the European Union
Customers within the European Union have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. This means that you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with labels and in the original packaging. Here too, you must provide proof of purchase or receipt.
Refunds
Once we have received your refund request, we will let you know whether it has been approved or rejected. If your request is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded via the original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and credit your account.
If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at support@lvl34.com.
Investigation of Claims
Under no circumstances will a replacement or refund constitute an admission of liability by Level Thirtyfour. We reserve the right to fully investigate any claims that we deem to be unfounded or fraudulent.
